SHIPPING GUIDELINES 

Shipping Cutoff Times Monday through Friday (Eastern Time)Orders

  • Canada Post Express orders must be received and processed prior to 4:00 PM
  • DHL express orders must be received and processed prior to 7:00 PM
  • Federal Express orders must be received and processed prior to 7:30 PM

Please let us know of any special instructions for your orders prior to completing your order

Shipping Facts

  • We provide Drop Ship for our customers and these items are shipped from the supplier/manufacturer directly to your location from our Toronto office or USA/HONG KONG warehouse.
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday with the exception of the days on which the following holidays are observed: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day.
